A Wealth of Knowledge

I was a first time home buyer so I didn’t know what to expect or even what I was really looking for, outside of location and an open floor plan. Michelle was a wealth of knowledge. She showed me several properties and opened my eyes to foreclosure properties. I had all but dismissed looking at those thinking that they would just bring more problems. But as it turns out, my purchase was a foreclosed property. I moved in and was a homeowner in such a short time! Michelle oversaw the selling of my home as well. I was laid off a short time after the purchase of my home and a few years later had to consider a short sale of the property. I was heartbroken to call and tell Michelle I needed to list. She was so supportive and although it was such a hard thing to do, she made it easy. She was encouraging to me as the seller and I believe that if there was any other option, she would have pursued that as aggressively. At the time my neighbor was also selling their home. Their home had been on the market for a couple months when Michelle listed my property. Michelle found a buyer for my home in about 8 weeks. I am so grateful for everything that Michelle did for both of the transactions on my home. I know that there must be the standard set of things that Realtors do in those type of transactions, but feel so strongly that Michelle went above and beyond. Her compassion for the client and the expeditious closings of both transactions were wonderful.
