…..nothing short of a miracle!

Dear Michelle, 

 

As I write this note,  B and I await verification that the closing this morning with Ms. G has gone without a hitch.

 

Considering the fact that every step along the way has transpired from such a great distance during a worldwide pandemic is nothing short of a miracle! 

 

Actually,  YOU are the miracle that made it all happen. From that early December Sunday afternoon when you volunteered to check out the property in the rain, along with our later virtual and in-person walks around the lot with you made this happen. Your recommendations of whom we should consider as a builder and your willingness to accompany us to meet (Builder) made this happen. You have been the force that put this all together, and although we understand you have just been doing your job, we really appreciate you and how well you’ve represented us and wanted to take time to thank you especially.
